Our Founder
Kate Vollmer is a dynamic entrepreneur and creative strategist known for her people-first approach, marketing savvy and natural ability to connect others. Originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Kate relocated to Denver in 2015, where she established herself as a top-tier real estate professional. Her sharp instincts, professionalism, and talent for relationship-building helped her thrive in the competitive Denver market, earning her a reputation as a trusted and results-driven advisor.
But Kate’s vision extended beyond property lines. In 2024, she made a bold move to Los Angeles to launch The Markateing Group—a creative agency specializing in marketing, branding, and experiential events. The company reflects her passion for storytelling, collaboration, and design, offering a full suite of services tailored for businesses ready to stand out and scale up.
